Dune Ready® Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

Our returns policy applies only to defective products sold directly to you, paid by you via your PayPal account and fulfilled directly by us via our on-line store at https://www.duneready.com (the "site") within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to non-refundable amounts and other conditions described below. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused, in the same condition it was originally sent with an explanation of why item is considered defective. We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine whether an item is considered defective. Returns must also be in the original packaging. Returns must include proof of purchase which coincides exactly with PayPal payment information. Refunds will not be granted for any item not in its original condition, item damaged after leaving our stock, or item missing parts or returned more than 30 days after purchase. Only regular priced item may be refunded. Sales items or free items will not be refunded. Approved refunds can only be issued to original purchaser's PayPal account. You must have a PayPal account in order for us to issue refunds via PayPal. Original PayPal processing fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

REFUNDS PROCESS

To begin a refund, you must email us at [email protected]. In the email, identify yourself and include purchase details as well as the reason you consider the need for a refund. We will reply to discuss details. If we determine a refund sounds reasonable, you will be responsible for paying shipping to return item to us and that shipping cost is not refundable. You should consider using a shipping service with package tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. Again, shipping costs to return the item to us is your responsibility and will not be refunded. We can't guarantee we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for the cost of items lost in return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we reject your claim for a refund because we determine item is not defective, then item is not eligible for a refund. We will invoice you via PayPal for return shipping costs. After you pay for return shipping cost via PayPal, we will return item to you. If you do not pay the return shipping cost within 7-days of receiving PayPal invoice, you're agreeing to forfeit item ownership back to us and concludes the refund process. If we approve your claim for a refund because we determine item is defective, then your refund will be processed via PayPal back to the original PayPal account used for original payment. Refund will not be possible without purchaser having a PayPal account. The amount refunded will be item cost plus any applicable Michigan sales tax minus the original PayPal transaction fee and minus original shipping costs.
